Refund Policy

We aim to provide complete customer satisfaction through our services. However, as ProposalSent is a digital SaaS platform with a one-time yearly setup and activation process, please note our refund conditions:

1. No Refund Policy

• All payments made are final and non-refundable once the setup has been initiated or completed.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason including partial usage, non-usage, or change of mind after setup.

2. Exceptions

In case of duplicate payment or technical error, you must contact us within 7 days at support@proposalsent.com .

Refunds in such cases will be considered only after internal verification.

3. Cancellation

Since this is a one-time yearly payment, cancellation refers only to stopping future renewals.

However, no refund will be provided once the payment is made and the setup is complete.

4. Processing Time

If a refund is approved under the exception policy, it will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
